Delete your HomePlanner account

An account is optional in HomePlanner. If you made one, you can delete it at any time.

In the app

1. Open HomePlanner and tap your initials at the top of the home screen (Account).
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

If the app asks you to sign in again first, do so and tap Delete account once more.

Without the app

Email kartokrister@gmail.com from the email address your account uses, and ask for the account to be deleted. We delete it within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account: name, email address and how you sign in, in Firebase Authentication.
• The daily counts of plan readings and price lookups kept for your account (they are deleted after two days in any case).

Homes, drawings and pictures are kept only on your devices, so deleting the account doesn't touch them. Delete them in the app, or uninstall it. Google Cloud's request logs are kept for up to 30 days. See the privacy policy.
